Are we really living in the most stressful period of human history? We have so many choices and options today that we are in fact stressing ourselves out.

Wendy takes a hilarious look at the comparisons between our primitive caveman lifestyle and our current, road-raged, fast-paced, polluted, high-tech, stressful world. She will have the audience in stitches revealing the differences in our stress levels in the areas of: basic hygiene, food, obsession with clothing and appearance, relationships, communication, physical and mental activities, and time sensitivity.

Wendy poignantly makes several points and educates us about how to live with stress, cope with it and manage it to our advantage. She helps the audience get in touch with their genetic heritage, say "UHG" and become cave resilient with the lessons learned from the cave.

Participants leave with the understanding the “stress response” and how our innate caveman-like hormones work within us. The lessons she draws from the comparisons between contemporary living and the caveman lifestyle enlighten us and constitute a universal, timeless and practical tutorial on how to deal with stress in our busy lives. The cause of unwanted stress is “us”, not our outside world.

Wendy’s message enables us to practice stress resiliency and delivers tools to make us look at stress differently. We have so much to learn from our roots as cavemen.

“Wendy’s presentation has changed my way of living. We have changed the way we eat, drink, exercise and sleep. Thank you for helping us rid ourselves of stress and enjoy excellent health. “UHG!” Cas Nazaire, Sales Manager, Saxony Hotel Manager.
